it's not mickey's hat just a generic wizard hat, it has a cat on it. i just assumed that was part of her costume since she was going to a halloween party. fantasia WOULD be accurate to the time period though.

There is a Sorcerer’s Apprentice Easter egg on the line to Star Tours, during the check-in process on the x-ray machine underneath the droid, it rotates the x-ray images, and sometimes you’ll get the hat and brooms
