As a former technology teacher a very easy solution to this problem if it is even a problem is the TY class could make them for next to nothing for the school another example of this government squandering money but don't be nieve enough to think this is for backhanders 9 million one off and then up the 2 million a year thereafter for maintenance same backhanders as the bike shed the hut the wall and the rest we don't know about
