I’m awaiting my bariatric surgery, through the NHS. Had a gastroscopy last week to see if any issues (so I don’t know how much longer I’ll have to wait before seeing the surgeons but Ive been told that’s the next step) I’ve also been told that I will likely be offered the gastric bypass not the sleeve due to suffering with severe acid reflux. I am terrified. I really thought I’d be having the sleeve, the bypass sounds so much more complicated and complex. Anyone had the bypass? And if so, how did they get one post op?

You look amazing. Do you still struggle with food. I am 7 months post op and till am only eat about 3 bites of my dinner a day no breakfast or tea I can’t do it. It hurts so much xxxx
