This base dough recipe with the exception of the cornstarch (mine doesn’t have it) is exactly the one I use. I have been told they are the best cookies they have ever had!

Question if you guys use a recipe that says to chill the dough for 30 minutes or overnight, do you take it out and put it straight into the oven or wait a few minutes and then bake it.
