6 weeks ago I pulled a muscle in my hip. Yes, HIP! 👵🏼 It turned into sciatica. After 2 weeks, I returned to the gym. A week later I pulled my shoulder and had to take 4 more weeks off. Why did nobody tell me that late 30s is when we start falling apart?! 😩
