Be careful with these. They do lower blood pressure, however in my case, it raised the iron in my blood to high levels on my last blood draw. I was taking three capsules per day for the past three months. I’m now taking two twice a week

I got these and they have actually lowered my BP and I have more energy. I’m pretty surprised tbh. They also don’t stick to my dental work (I have a crown) so I’m happy about that. And no beet flavor, thankfully.
