I just wanna let you know that I love your channel. VA employees got an email late Friday from the chief of staff stating that we no longer have to do the five bullets of what we did last week but they want us now to be a whistleblower. They want us to report fraud, waste, and abuse to our immediate supervisor.

The longer it takes SCOTUS to rule, the more I believe it’s going to be bad news for federal employees. Maybe they’ll issue the ruling late Friday night so news media won’t focus on it as much.

I have a question/theory. Do you think that VA Secretary is paying the $700k for the RIF assistance because if they lose the Supreme Court because OPM ordered it without congress approval, that he will propose a RIF legally and pursue it the “correct” way?
