Thank you! Yes! I actually did some research and found the nutrition happens program. It doesn’t open until September. I did go ahead and sign up for the subscription and I did my first workout today. I’m so excited! I’m just kind of going by my lose app for my calorie the macros though because I don’t really know what else to do lol
