I actually have been able to do this my entire life so far and no one’s ever noticed or maybe they just didn’t care to notice. I’ve never had a boyfriend, talking stage, nothing. I just know they won’t like me back so what’s the point yknow. At the end of the day as long as I live a financially secure life, travel, read my books, watch movies/shows, and find peace within that I’ll be fine.

But I feel like it’s kind of beautiful watching two people build a bond. It may be awkward but I love love. It’s everywhere even when we aren’t looking. I think to see that happen and witness such a beautiful thing is something everyone should experience. No matter how nonchalant I want to be it’s always so obvious. Can confirm. My friends and I all sat at a lunch table together in hs, and we ALL caught a vibe from our guidance counselor and our principal while they were on lunch duty. The entire school year we would make up fake scenarios surrounding their relationship. Like what day/week they may have been fighting etc. that summer we found out the school board had a meeting and they talked about the affair. The baseball boys (from what I’ve been told) found them in a compromising position in the offices.
