Just look around in your societies, men who stay at home are frustrated, lazy and dull, and women who have a professional work life are exhausted, angry and depressed. This has been our nature since long, and when we try to fight it otherwise, it always backfires, no matter how hard a man tries, he cannot run/manage domestic/home, and in the same way a woman cannot face the harshness of the outside world. Yes a man should know how to take care of things at home, cook for himself, cleanliness and all, in the same manner a woman should have a degree which would enable her to earn, but these should be taken up as life saving skills, one which could be used when needed, but not made a necessity.
