Who says buldak can only be in ramen form? These buldak infused steak rolls are going to be your new favourite 🔥 Ingredients (makes 12 rolls): * 6 sirloin steaks (1.5kg) (@Woolworths SA ) * 1 ½ purple onion, slivered * 4 green chillies, slit * salt to taste * 2 tablespoons dried mint * 2 tablespoons dried coriander (dhania) * 1 tablespoon Za’atar blend spice (Woolworths) * 4 tablespoons chilli powder/masala * 1 tablespoon cumin (jeera) powder * 1 tablespoon ginger & garlic paste * ½ tablespoon steak & chops seasoning (Woolworths) * 3-4 tablespoons cooking oil * ½ cup @Ina Paarman’s Kitchen peri-peri marinade * Buldak carbonara sauce to your preference * 12 hot dog rolls * Butter for the rolls  Method: * Rinse & cut steak into strips, removing all the fat. Place into a bowl. * Season the steak with salt, dried mint, dried coriander, Za’atar blend spice, chilli powder/masala, cumin powder, ginger & garlic paste & steak & chops seasoning. * Mix well until the steak is thoroughly coated.  * To a pot on medium heat, add in the cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, add in the seasoned steak strips. Mix & cook until the steak just turns brown, thereafter, add in the slivered onions & slit green chillies. * Mix until the onions are coated in the spices & then add in the peri-peri marinade & the buldak sauce. I added about ¼ cup of the buldak sauce to this recipe but it is according to your preference. * Mix well, cover & cook until the onions are soft & the steak is tender. Do not over cook it as the steak will become tough, you want the steak to melt in your mouth 🫶🏼 * Once the filling is done, cut the rolls down the middle, slather on some butter & toast until golden. Add in the steak filling & enjoy!
