This hit home😭 we went through 2 deployments before kids then he left before my son turned 2 months and he didn’t come back until after his 1st birthday😭 then he left shortly after my daughter turned 2 months and didn’t see her again until she was 8 almost 9 months😩

my husband left when our son was 2 weeks old and was supposed to be back when he was 9 months old but ended up not coming home till he was 11 months old

My husband deployed when my son was 6-7 months and won’t be back until after he turns a year 😖 it’s so hard cause my son is a daddies boy and misses his cuddles with his dad, sometimes very hard to put him to sleep.

im currently away over seas and dread the changes that happened while gone. life stops at hime for us that leave with only the memories of the last day home. However home keeps living and we return to a different home/life. To me Homecoming is the hardest part for us.

My first was 1.5 the first time my husband had to leave us. He’s turning 8 now and he’s got 2 brothers, their daddy has missed almost their whole lives. It’s been brutal back to back sea contracts 😭😭😭😭😭 tell him to quit now 🥺 God bless
