First Umpire was right. Stopping movement is not hindrance. Even falling down does not count. Second umpire was absolutely wrong because the ball was Medvedev’s to hit so no one was hindered

1st right, 2nd borderline wrong. Moaning is annoying as well and is the worse hindrance possible yet its allowed. A mere sorry cant begin to compare. Subjective rules lead to dubious calls. Sport is eff'd.

The first one was confusing because of the rules at that specific tournament. In a normal tournament Let would be called and 1st serve would be taken again, these players aren't that comfortable with those rules so they hesitate or move awkwardly like they're not sure if they can play on or not.
