Honestly mouth tape has helped me from waking up with a dry throat because I snore with my mouth open and also please use the ones with the whole in the middle so there'a still a bit of leeway

I have sleep apnea and can rarely breathe well through my nose. Pretty sure I have a deviated septum but haven't seen a doctor for it.
