This is interesting because I distinctly remember Keith Lee having this experience at one of Gordon's resturaunts a few years back. He couldn't order anything because of the cross contamination with shell fish and meat. Love Gordon but he needs to check his restaurants on this too.

There’s nothing wrong with cooking it all on the same grill but when you have an allergy you have some other place to cook it

As someone who works in restaurants for 12 years the kitchen doesn’t listen ever and just thinks you lie about allergies bc you don’t like it and use the same fryer for everything. If it’s life and death I wouldn’t trust it
