@dmvfoodie: This gorgeous Virginia winery has won numerous accolades over the years, including Wine Spectator’s prestigious 2024 Award of Excellence for outstanding wine and culinary experience. The Executive Chef, Tim Moore, is serving up some of the most delicious dishes I’ve had all year. Highly recommend doing the four-course tasting menu with wine pairings. They paired the refreshing strawberry gazpacho with a Brut Sparkling, the tempura fried soft-shell crab over a coconut curry sauce with refreshing Chardonnay, the spiced pork belly with a bold Cabernet Franc, and the limoncello pound cake with a sweet Petit Manseng. 10/10 experience.
