My body likes to gain weight if I eat that much cheese. 😞 I use 1/2 cup of crushed pork rinds instead, along with enough heavy whipping cream to make them work for the waffle maker. So delicious!

Sounds great. If you leave to cool on a wire rack, they will get crispy as the cheese cools off. 🥰

I have made these, I use sharp cheddar cheese, make a sandwich with bacon or sausage and a fried hard egg. so yummy!
