He might be biting himself in that area to scratch. Check for red on his skin under his fur

It may be his allergies. During summer time my dog get dry spots and the hair fall off. We use coconut oil on those spots and on her coat

Yup my dog doing that right now, could be allergies or fleas. He scratching himself, which causes him scratching out his fur

no it's skin allergies most likely from chicken food or the type of rug/mat/bed fabric he has

I had a poodle for years it's usually allergies or matting. Be sure to brush his coat every other day. Mats can pull on the skin and cause irritation or even the bald patches where the fur might not grow back.

My dog had the same thing but it was one big area in his leg, we took him to the vet bec we thought he had eczema but they said allergies 😂😂
