You don’t really want it bad enough because if you did you would make your meals ahead of time. Meal prepping can and will change your physique. We all have down time, whether it’s at night or early in the morning if you really delegate time to your meals that annoying belly fat you been dealing with can go. Make better decisions get better results I can’t talk trash because lately I’ve been doing the same thing,missing meals because I haven’t been prioritizing cleaning up my eating & I see and feel the differences time to lock back in on my nutrition and you might as well join me on this journey.
