Tbh the game is really good I don’t understand why people would want to continue being in a office staring at monitors the whole time for 6 hours straight for little mini games like do you not get tired of that

I love that they're changing things. If it just kept staying the same then FNAF wouldn't be where it is today. If Scott stopped at the 3rd or 6th game like people say they want; we wouldn't have had anything to keep the fandom alive and fnaf would of died. I like that they are experimenting. SB wasn't perfect but I love it anyway. It shows how far fnaf came. I love fnaf no matter what

I don't disagree that being said I do really enjoy it I just personally like the spookiness of the old style to me SB and SOTM isn't really scary? ya know but I LOVE IT other than that

the game lost it's scare factor, same for all the steel wool fnaf games besides the VR ones, I'm not saying the games are bad but I personally wish for one more classical "you're stuck in an office, try to not die" type game, maybe another prequel but this time the Fredbear's restaurant?

If it was more like TJOC:R then I’d enjoy it more. It’s not the gameplay for me it’s more about how not scary it is now. Doesn’t feel as unsettling and sinister as it once was. Everything’s so bright now 🤷🏿♂️

yeah I agree with you, the gameplay is my biggest issue with the older fnaf games and that's why I wasn't very interested in the franchise before, but I understand the older fan's perspective on it

I think what would be cool is a game like the mimic or security breach but with the beginning of the lore I think that’s what they want a playable pizzaria like security breach but with the old lore

2 out of 3 ending we go to the og place and new lore IN GAME: we see the animetronics from the Fredbares family dainer, and fnaf 1 we DO know that William Afton and Henry Emaly made them BUT the idea FOR the sutes mad F10N4 (Fiona) the dead/robot wife of Edwin understanding that, William and Henry supposubly WORKED FOR Edwin Murry (the place was ouned BY Edwin and we see Aftons and Henrys animetronics BEFORE the Time period of fnaf 4 (1983) and sotm Takes place in 1979)

I have the exact same opinion! I love watching gameplay of the first games and the lore they have; but secret of the mimic is the first game I played day one and it is so much fun. Personally I feel much more connected to the franchise with the new direction. The OG games are of course the foundation of the series, but it is only natural to grow and adapt from it

I do agree that it’s not the same especially with the gameplay but remember this isn’t Scott making the games anymore steelwools making the games not Scott and I do think when people say the lore and story is different I think people have to remember fnaf 6 was the ending to the mainline games
