My midwife never told me this i saw it on tik tok when my girl was born and its stuck im constantly checking if shes to hot but we have a fan on at night so got a blanket

I've had a fan on since the day he was born. it helps reduce cot death as well. Also, invest in some bamboo sleep suits. They are a good send

I was like this 😭 we don’t have central air bc our house is so old it can’t be installed properly so I had so many fsns and blackout curtains to try to keep it cool I wound up mostly letting her sleep in her diaper in the summer

My baby is just in a vest with a blanket with a water cooler fan rotating at the other side of the room. Our room is only 22 degrees but it’s so muggy and the air is stiff if that makes sense. She cried until I took her vest off of her, feels the heat quick just like her mama 😂
