Guys my pyramid set was 10 reps for each 135lb, 155lbs, 165lb, 185lbs, 205lbs, and 225lbs. Remember that the bar for smith machine is 25lbs not 45lbs. Then u got back down. No less than 6-10 reps in reverse. Love u all ✌🏿ur chest should be fully broken down.
