Communications key to helping people understand what you’re going through. You have to communicate it may make you uncomfortable when you first start but the more you do it the better you’re going to get that I can promise you is something I had to learn and now I’m comfortable being honest dangerous during my opinion no matter what it means, expressing or how it means making me feel or making them feel but in turn, I become open to people sharing how they feel about me and I’m not gonna resist how they feel about me. I’m actually listening and give them a chance to talk no matter if it upsets me or not because I would expect someone to do the same for me and that was the hardest part learning to accept criticism or when somebody says I’m not doing something right Because I’ve been doing it alone for so long. That was the hardest part but I understand now that when they do criticize me, it’s not to hurt me is to build me up and that was the hardest part of me accepting, but now that I have accepted that I’m OK with giving criticism and accepting criticism and that’s the biggest thing can you give and accept criticism without getting offended it’s something I had to learn to do overtimebut it is possible you just have to be open-minded and don’t be resistant or thinking you know more in my opinion, but that’s just my opinion from my personal spiritual experience
