I think the reason you get so many ai accusations is because your art style is the type ai is trained on. People tend to forget ai is trained by people's real art.

You can obviously see her/him moving the porpotions, making it obvious to see that she/he is drawing it. Ai doesn't do that. Ai also draws the eyes at the SAME time. she/he did each eye separately. she/he goes back to some spots to add more details while ai just does it the first time... let's just appreciate this person being so talented...

People saying that there’s a sketch first, yes, and no. Most artists do sketches, like I do, but there are artists like this one who put the colours for realistic arts, maybe because it would be easier to do the rendering
