@drscottgraves: Do you have neck tension? The acupuncture point called luo zhen is a wonderful point to help with this. Luo Zhen means stiff neck. The point is found on the back of the hand in between the two bones in the depression just past the knuckles of the pointer and middle finger. You should locate the point on the opposite side of the pain you are feeling. For example, if the right side of your neck is stiff, locate the point on your left hand.
