Police should not be able to shove you. If someone else did that, it'd be assault. If someone isn't complying and they're breaking the law, arrest them. But if they're not breaking the law, they shouldn't be allowed to lay hands on you.

I've noticed that when the crowd is so big, the police just stand by and monitor as the crowd walks through the streets in protest. It stays peaceful. But when the crowd is small, the police seem to get more aggressive. They have this need to show ppl who's in control only bcs they have the upperhand.

Cops are correct. You can peacefully protest but on the sidewalk. As soon as it’s blocking traffic and being a nuisance to passing vehicles minding their own business it’s unlawful

That’s one thing to walk down the sidewalk. It’s another thing to have a protest or you’re trying to block traffic and walk in the street. People saying after the police should’ve been arrested immediately because they’re turning a protest into a riot.
