I don't think piastri is particularly faster than him, but lando really has mentality issues and that's costly.

Yes. Lando is fast, but he has to be both fast and mistake free. That’s where Oscar excels.

I think on absoulte raw pace Lando is still the slightly faster driver but he keeps bottling it at every possible opportunity and is losing confidence every second. Unless Lando stops making mistakes Oscar is walking away with this championship.

The thing I think everyone forgets is, he's only had one really bad qually before yesterday (two if you wanna count P6 in Bahrain), but has then managed to pull it back to a respectable result in the race. And these are on tracks that aren't the easiest for overtakes. At the end of the day, points are scored on the Sunday, and Lando is proving he can do that, even when he qualifies badly. His lowest finish this season is P4 for crying out loud!!!

I think is just a mistake such a charles, yes could be the explenation or a confirm of the fact that we it comes to build the point he is not there and could be but i don’t think is a mental problem just a bad drive in crucial momenti in that special moment, can happen

Lando has one bad quali session and your on his back again I believe Lando will get in the podium today and win the next races coming up. He does makes mistakes which are costly

I think if they are both 100% on it lando is just a touch faster than Oscar naturally. Oscar is much more consistent and comfortable lead a race/championship and is mentally unflappable and that's the significant difference

Had Lando qualified just a little bit better yesterday I don't think him and Piastri would have crashed today and he probably would have been on the podium (if if if, I know) so yes, it is 100% costing him MASSIVELY already
