If you’re too nice, they might think it’s an open conversation and that you’re actually interested. In Korea, when someone’s not interested, they’re usually really clear about it. They might just say “no,” avoid eye contact, walk away quickly, or say “sorry” and leave. So next time, do the same. Because if you keep talking to them, they’ll think there’s still a chance. They won’t let go until they’re 100% sure you’re not interested.
