Prepare Irachi (Meat Curry): 🦃 Heat oil in a pan, sauté onions until golden brown. 🦃 Add ginger-garlic paste, sauté until the raw smell disappears. 🦃 Add tomatoes, cook until they become soft. 🦃 Add coriander powder, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt.
