I was on row 3 in the first train next to the vertical lift hill, they said it was a technical problem. We were sat on the breakrun bit for 20 or so minutes until a staff member came up onto the platform! The 2nd train behind us had completed the first layout of the coaster. Then as the problem was longer than anticipated mutltiple staff were then manually releasing the restraints! Hope this helps
