so is there any advanced warning set up? you can't expect everybody to get over when they don't know they need to get over. how do you have a law that is move over or slow down but yet you don't have a law that says you have to have signage up to enforce this? how are people going to know they have to slow down or move over if there are no signs telling them to do so? and slow down move over turns into move over and slow down which brings vehicles from 70 mph to a stop in backlog so what is the greater hazard?
