Alicia Bernice Markovich - the resemblance is crazy- Alicia disappeared in 1987- in 1990 she would’ve been 18. Height checks out, age is very close, and Alicia looks very similar to the sketches available online of penny doe.

there was a man found in a septic tank in Tofield, Alberta, and he was identified decades later through genetic genealogy. the case is very sad, but very interesting.
