@lisas.aesthethic: I wish somebody would’ve told me this earlier 🥴 I don’t know about you but I am not a big morning person and I also don’t really like to eat first things in the morning 😵💫 I had the mindset of my body needing to do something first for it to be able to be hungry 🤤 But I gues I was wrong because apparently men can get away with this mindset but with women it’s a different story 🥲 When we wake up in the morning our Cortisol levels are high and our body stresses out and wants to find fuel immediately when you start moving 🫨 Now if we don’t eat something when we get up our body can’t access anything that we put into our body so it has to grab something from existing body mass 😳 Many people think that the body then goes ahead and burns fat cells and uses them but in fact the body goes to work on the muscle cells first since they are quicker and easier to access and break down for the body ⛓️💥 The fat cells are usually stored for longer periods of hunger and are the last resort for the body hence it holds on to them for so long 🫱🏼🫲🏽 So please do me a favour and eat something within the first hour after you wake up 🥱 It doesn’t have to be a lot: a banana is fine as well as a protein shake 🍌 I am currently eating two Weetabix with a little bit of milk and it has done wonders 🤩 Not only does it help your body to calm down and stop destroying your muscle mass but it also helps to calm down your mind and stabilize your mood for the day 😌 So definitely recommend trying this if you have been telling yourself that you’re not a morning eater because the saying is right: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day 🍽️ #Lifestyle #workout #health #Fitness #DailyRoutine #mindset #breakfast #fitnessgoals #weightlosstipsforwomen #musclebuilding
