I feel so sad when I see people struggling with their weight loss journey. I remember hearing a story from a dear friend looking to lose weight for her wedding. She was doing a super intense workout regime and crying while doing it. Also followed a very restrictive diet, which made her iritable and frustrated. needless to say, it was not a sustainable solution. Thank you for letting the people know that being healthy should feel good, and not be a torture🥰

This is message is 💯. I did this 3 months ago simply focusing on feeling better. Th result: less anxiety, enjoying food,enjoyed exercising and 12 kg down. The objective was to simply take a break and focus on feeling better and envying the sunny days.

This is where I'm at right now. For the longest, I was focused on results and never saw any. I was stressing myself OUT. Now I just exercise and eat healthy because it makes me feel better and it puts me in a better headspace.

im 52 in full menopause the scale hadn't moved for 3 years except to go up, fasting, no carbs nothing worked then I quit drinking now it's falling off with right food and walking I lost 10 pounds in 18 days. still going! you are right change the mind and the body and spirit will follow.

I ditched my FitBit years ago cause I had so much anxiety about steps and the water reminders. I'm much better just walking cause I want to, not because I'm chasing 10k steps!
