If the RIFs go through I need every federal employee to ask themselves why they don't strike in response. Obviously your job isn't safe no matter what they can fire you regardless. Maybe get fired standing up for yourself and fellow workers.

The “big beautiful bill” contains language that the President can have free rein of executive branch federal agencies for the next decade without congressional approval.. if this passes- what’s the point of these court cases?? 😒

The longer SCOtus takes the better. There will be no Rifs in June as planned. If SCOTUS agrees with the plaintiffs, all hell will break lose in these agencies

Lemme make sure I have this right: The Federal judge gave the Administration a week to prove why the State & Fed RIFs were not included in her PI order. The Administration did not produce any documentation to support their arguments, so judge ruled ALL RIFs were to be covered by her PI; so instead of providing the requested supporting documentation to the Federal judge, the Administration appealed to Supreme Court. Is this correct??
