Being uprooted and placed in an unfamiliar environment is already a time of confusion and distress for these children. Much less having to do it carrying a garbage bag full of your belongings. I can personally tell you how having your own bag with the things you need during the moment you meet your new family can make a world of difference, and change the trajectory of a child's life. I feel so deeply for this mission and hope to make a small difference for these children with the community I've built with all of you.
