Sunday just got tastier 😍🍄 Want a creamy, flavour-packed gnocchi tutorial that’s as easy as it is gorgeous? Watch Kenneth Middleton work his magic with spinach and mushrooms - and inspire your dinner plans. You in? Shop the recipe via the link in our Instagram bio. 📌 INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp olive oil portobello mushrooms, sliced potato gnocchi ½ cup chicken stock 1 cup cream 2 tbsp minced garlic ½ tsp Italian herbs ½ tsp paprika baby spinach Salt & pepper, to taste Chili flakes, for serving (optional) 📌 COOKING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat the olive oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden and tender. Set aside half of the mushrooms for later. 2. To the remaining mushrooms in the pan, add the gnocchi, chicken stock, cream, garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, and a pinch of salt. 3. Bring to a gentle boil, then stir well. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the gnocchi to soften and the sauce to start thickening. 4. Add the spinach and stir over medium heat for another 5 minutes, or until wilted. For a thicker sauce, cook a bit longer uncovered. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, paprika, or chili flakes if desired. 6. Serve topped with the reserved mushrooms.
