@magicalfoodies: I have a new go-to Chicken Wing place in the West Side of LA. Their flavors are so unique and everything is house made. @saucy_bird_la is Buffalo Born and LA Inspired. The Sichuan Style Wings are HOT and loaded with sweet umami bombs. It is nice to see someone actually use Sichuan peppercorns that creates a tingly sensation in your mouth. And these must be the largest hand battered chicken fingers I have ever had in my life. The Bourbon BBQ was sweet & smokey that is finished on an open flame. The Shroom Bird Sammie is perfect for my vegetarian friends made of oyster mushrooms. It is so crunchy and you can have it prepared any style you would like. I chose the Nashville style that was spicy.
