A hand full of raw rice, a tablespoon of salt, a bowl with enough water, add everything inside the water (do at night) leave the mixture overnight, very early next morning sieve the water and mix with a bucket of water for bath, bath with ur without soap or sponge, make sure ure praying while bathing
