I am 5’2” and about 145 lb and I’ve shocked people when I say I don’t wear a small. I in fact wear a medium/large. Sizing shouldn’t matter and it should define how big/small you really are

Yeah that was a wilddddd take lol also fitness people who are shredded are usually smaller in person and not bigger. Conditioning makes normal sized people and even small people look MASSIVE and BEASTLY.
