Not the appropriate or emotionally intelligent way to handle it. Have a conversation with them. If they don’t respond, get the property manager involved. If they leave trash again, simply place it back at their door. Figure things out as an adult

I know this oh so well I’ve been living in my apartments for 24 years and we had new neighbors and they did similar to this I made sure they learned to respect me hell no not on my front door what the helly lol 😂

I am definitely a petty fucking neighbor. I got a neighbor right now. They keep putting his trashcan in front of my trashcan. There’s only three units. He’s a older man he’s miserable so I hid his trashcan in the back of my building because I know he’s never gonna go back there. Go play with your wife don’t play with me.
