I’m so over this whole “I can’t stand NZ because of the tall poppy syndrome” attitude 💀💀 if you’ve ever lived anywhere outside of your own country you’d know that tall poppy syndrome is a worldwide thing not a NZ thing 🙄 at this point it’s just an excuse

I can’t stand the people who moan how boring it is. Yeah, we’re not Dubai or Las Vegas. Night life isn’t our strength - if you want that then go overseas. We have a beautiful and amazing country, be grateful for it.

$50 7 day fare cap is cheap if you're a frequent traveler. otherwise if you're just going to uni and back just get a tertiary concession which gives you 20% off ur fare. Otherwise you could just stop being lazy and walk, ur young enough.
