I had eczema as a baby and my mom used to cover me in aquaphor each night before bed. I don’t see anyone recommending it here, but it really helped with my skin over time.

HAIR DRIERS HAIR DRIERS HAIR DRIERS. My eczema was so bad, like this growing up my leg would pop up in my sleep while I scratched with blood stains in my sheets. I learned that the heat from a hair drier pulls the histamines out of my skin and it stops the itch for several hours. Some will say the heat does damage to my skin I DONT CARE. It’s better than bleeding

As someone who grew up with eczema so bad that made it so I couldn’t walk on my feet. The ocean and sand literally healed me. When I was 12 I went to Florida and after two weeks in the sand and ocean I have never had it again

It’s an allergy. Work out the allergy. The eczema will go. One of my children’s allergies was dairy the others was oats!
