The police are so under educated on the law it’s scary. To many people are fighting back these days by actually learning the law so they know their rights. Once a member of the public requests an officer who is higher up they have to do it

If the car is on a higher purchase agreement, they cannot take it as an asset or take control of it because it does not belong to the register it belongs to the loan company

If u have watched the hole video this guy called the police station and even the female copper said that they can’t take the car if it’s on HP and now this copper has just said the law has changed on ho cars

As u can see the cop is siding with the bailiffs. Just listen to what he says. He is saying the law has changed about cars on finance witch can be clamped. NO it can not so the cop and that little mouthy bailiff should lose their jobs
