I used to feel so much crushing guilt when eating unhealthy food, my life changed when I looked at a cookie I was eating and decided that if I’m going to eat it anyway, I might as well enjoy every molecule. I paid attention to the flavour of every bite and enjoyed it to its full potential. After that I didn’t even want another one, my craving had been satisfied for the first time ever.

Thissssss! I always said no when I was asked if I experienced a lot of shame and guilt bc I was like no dude why would I?!? But then I realised it’s this…I feel bad about almost everything I do and don’t. I started to embrace my flow more and more instead of fighting it and it works wonderssss✨✨✨

When I realized all I could comfortably do in a day is 4 hours of work, I set a goal to be done by 4 pm and stopped beating myself up for enjoying my mornings because I can start at noon and still get 4 hours of work in!
