At least she admits the lateness and informs others about it. That’s cool. I can adjust. It’s the ones who see no problem with just being late no matter what, those are the one that need to named and shamed.

At some point we have to have an honest conversation about people who piroritize punctuality (in their personal lives) with a rabid fascination. Like I’m not stressing about being 10-20 minutes late for brunch. Chill out. Yes of course respect people’s time but let’s not make personal enjoyment sound like professional obligations and ask instead why it is so serious for you to be early/on time to eat chicken wings and collard greens…could it be anxiety maybe?? ☕️⏰

The only people who get mad about people being late are the people who are willing to give up their time, peace and energy to force themselves to be in a specific time baby you made that choice and the person you’re waiting on didn’t that’s on you not that let’s just all agree. We’re going to meet around this time and around that time eventually will all be there

people who are always on time have no ability to compromise about time. loads of adhd people have really hard time judging time and making transitions so it’s tough to stop and start stuff.
