@Ahmedchikago: I had a phone interview scheduled with Brad on April 3rd but unfortunately I was detained by ICE on March 31st before the interview, I told my Kids mother to represent me for the interview cause I had already paid for the consultation fee. She had an interview with Brad who assured her to help me get out of immigration jail if she retain him and pay 5000$, and after I’m out he can help me file VAWA and continue my case till I get my green card if I pay another 11000$. Desperately I believe him I gave the green light to my kid mother to retain him. Unfortunately after she retain him , he passed on my case to another lawyer call Lawanda to represent me. 1st of all I paid Brad consultation 295$,NOT Lawanda or anybody else , I paid 5000$ for just 2 videos calls interview and 1 call to my deportation officer. We sent all the documents Lawanda and her associate ask us to send , everything, all they asked for, they waited more than a week before confirming to us that they have received the emails , My kids mother beg them to file for VAWA and Cancelation of removal so I can remain in the USA to help her raise our kids, After printing all our proofs and documents , they ask us to pay 28,000$ Dollars 💸, with 10,000$ down payment and the remaining 18,000$ on payment plan. It became 2 differents versions, totally different from Brad interview ( 5,000$and 11,000$ till the green card) My kids mother and I desperately need my liberation for me to come take care of my kids and my responsibilities, we negotiate and accept to put down additional 6,000$ which is different than the 1st 5,000$ that they received at the beginning. Now 6,000$ and payment plan for the remaining 22,000$ cause I desperately want to get out and see my kids , family, and friends. They send us the contract and we finally thought everything was cool, now they gonna file the application help me open my case so I can get out , they told us after receiving the money that my application is ready to be sent out, that everything is prepared, they were just waiting for the payment. We made the payment on May 20th , upon received the money, they neglect us , waited more than 2 weeks, nothing, I got
