@trainwithcathy: If you want to lose inches off your waist without giving up eating out completely… You’ll need to be smart with your food choices Restaurants that have their calories listed on the menu make it a bit easier to stay on track.. HOWEVER it’s also important to pay attention to protein and prioritize having it.. Because protein will help you stay full so you are less likely to over do it.. and when you keep the calories low you’ll be able to stay on track without packing on the pounds 🙂‍↔️ I will admit I did take a look at the dessert section of the menu just to check out their skinny options..👀 BUT I didn’t go for it because the protein in the meals was high and I was feeling very satisfied!!
