(As much as this would be way funnier to just leave the short caption as is (since captions are as much of the art as meme/reel making), I already know what the internet will project if I don’t fucking explain the context 🙄 so here’s the context: it was my date night with Dr. M and Joe had been in super adventure dad mode with the kids and got home soooooo late, like, past their bedtimes even! He was managing their tired grumpy hungry chaos alone, and was hungry as fck himself when he discovered my leftovers. Our kitchen table-ness is genuinely chill enough for interruptions like this. No he wasn’t disrespecting my time with Dr. M. No it wasn’t a big deal to ask me for my leftovers.
