@hailey.barragan: If your hips keep pissing you off in the gym, this one is for you 👇🏻 Here are some of my favorite ways to train your hips to keep them as strong as possible: ⚡️ DB high step up or cable step up Strength in deep hip flexion ⚡️ Copenhagen plank Stronger adductors= more stable hips ⚡️ Wall prop or kickstand hinge Teaches control in hip extension + the offset stance teaches pelvic control ⚡️ Tall sitting hip flexor lift off Hip flexor strength ⚡️ Med ball hip airplane Hip rotation- grooves the hips ⚡️Side lying hip raise Frontal plane strength + rotation ⚡️ Reverse Nordic (forgot to film 😬) Trains the hips in the lengthened position!! Disclaimer: if your hips are already super irritated from hammering a position that they aren’t a fan of, I definitely wouldn’t add all of these movements in until your hip calms down :) #hippain #hippinch #hipflexors #hipflexorexercise #hipmobilityexercise #mobility #mobilitytraining #gymtips #hippainrelief
